vietChat Terms (Beta) 1. The service provides 1:1 matching and chat between foreign members and Vietnamese members. 2. Registration requires email verification; nicknames remain anonymous. 3. Foreign members spend 5 stars to start a chat; Vietnamese members start for free. 4. Chat rooms remain open for 30 days, then auto-close. 5. External contacts (phone / KakaoTalk / Zalo / email) are auto-masked in messages. 6. Inappropriate content may be moderated by operators.

Collected - Email (required, for verification) - Nickname, gender, birth year, region - Photos (optional), bio Purpose - Member identification, matching, chat features - Payment verification (star charges) - Abuse / report handling Retention - Deleted on account withdrawal (except where required by law) - Chat messages: kept 90 days after 30-day expiry (for disputes) Third parties - Only PortOne for payment verification. No other sharing.
